El Congreso Mundial de Arquitectos UIA 2020 Rio se pospone para julio de 2021

La Unión Internacional de Arquitectos (UIA), el Instituto de Arquitectos de Brasil (IAB) y el Comité Ejecutivo de UIA2020RIO siguieron las recomendaciones de las autoridades públicas y las directrices generales de la OMS en medio de la pandemia de COVID-19 y decidieron posponer el 27° Congreso Mundial de Arquitectos para julio de 2021.

La decisión se hace eco de varios otros eventos relacionados con la arquitectura que tuvieron que posponerse, incluida la Bienal de Venecia y el Salone del Mobile.
Según los organizadores, las tarifas de inscripción se aplicarán automáticamente a las nuevas fechas del Congreso. Además, las conferencias y proyectos aceptados para el Congreso de este año continuarán aplicándose al nuevo programa en 2021.
La UIA2020RIO tendrá lugar entre el 18 y el 22 de julio de 2021.
